I'm getting a -609 database not found error when I execute a search.
Background:
I checked the error codes and it appears to be a Lasso error, not FileMaker
I looked back in the BlueWorld archives and found the only references to this regarded Lasso security being setup correctly. I double-checked and believe it is correct.
Details: Instant Web Publishing works fine FileMaker 5 unlimited is set to: sharing: web companion (I tried both single and multi-user) pref--plugin: web companion, port 591, enabled instant web pub Snapshot in Dreamweaver studio creates and load correctly
Security Settings: Database name double checked. I am not using the .fp5 extension. Added New Database Found all users Selected search, add, update, delete permissions Double-checked by searching for all databases and editing to see that permissions are correct.
Now here's an oddity that I'm noticing that may have something to do with it. I found an archived message from May 2001 from Steven Vandenbergh (thanks Steven, that was very helpful) on snapshot errors. He suggested configuring FileMaker Remote (from the Lasso Security Page) but when I click the link, I get an error code -2000, "module not found." That's with just WDE running, and also with my Filemaker database open.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks.
