Not surprising! This is exactly the kind of arrogant customer service attitude I have come to expect from Blue World. First they deny that there is anything wrong and blame you for being too dumb to find the answer in their hopeless documentation. Then, after you waste more time to painstakingly prove that you know what you are talking about and can prove it to them with a repeatable event, they give you the admission that you're right, it is a bug, but you just have to live with it until they feel like doing something about it. If ever.
If software companies were regulated like automobile companies, which is not that much regulation by the way, they would be expected to RECALL their broken software and give it back to the customer REPAIRED. However, in the perfect world they operate in, they get to fix it on whatever schedule suits themselves, and sell us the repair as an UPGRADE.
And if you make the suggestion that in the interim they post something on their web site in a place called "known bugs" or a knowledge-base that would allow other users to avoid the unnecessary and redundant waste of each other's time, you get a snotty 'mind-your-own-business' response.
And if you look for Blue World at events like Seybold or MacWorld, very often you find that they won't even send their own employees, probably because it is too unpleasant to talk to customers face-to-face.
