This is OSX 10.6.5
After another discussion here about 32 vs. 64 bit I got some new ideas.
My early beta was run in 64 bit and although I did update from within the program it kept the 64 bit version.
So I threw everything and download a new version of Aptana and then it start run in 32 bit and now LSfE work with Aptana 3. At least I belive it is about 64 vs. 32 that fixed it.
