I must be missing something so basic/obvious that I "can't see the
wood behind the trees"...

I want to FTP to my remote server from within Aptana which should be
possible. In File-View I have created an FTP connection, and it does
seemingly connect to the server - I can open a file on the server.

But how do I syncronise or even just upload a file to the server?

If I right-click a local file in the Project Navigator and select
Syncronise the pop-out menu has all commands greyed out except some
cloaking commands that don't interest me.

And - yeah, I know, I ought to use SVN which I believe I have
installed in my Aptana too, but I can't for the life of me figure out
how to set that up...

So if only that FTP-thing would work...
