BLUE WORLD ANNOUNCES RECIPIENT OF FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AWARD
Bellevue, WA--November 21, 2001--Blue World Communications, Inc.--pioneers of the Web Data Engine(tm)--today announced the winner of a free five incident priority technical support plan per the special promotion held from August through October in celebration of Blue World's enhanced technical support services. The winner--Anchor Audio of Torrance, California--was selected among all customers who purchased paid technical support from August 8, 2001 through October 31, 2001. The award is valued at $599.
"We've used Blue World's paid technical support services on several occasions and are impressed with the level of service we've received," said Michael Pan, graphic designer and Lasso developer at Anchor Audio. "Our calls to Blue World's priority technical support team are always responded to within an hour and we've got a fix each time. Of course, we're delighted and pleasantly surprised to have received the free technical support award."
Anchor Audio uses Lasso Web Data Engine on Windows NT and Lasso Studio for Dreamweaver on Macintosh to quickly build and serve data-driven Web sites. Anchor Audio's Web site (http:////www.anchoraudio.com) uses Lasso to publish a directory of the company's products and allows dealers secured access to their sales orders, shipment tracking via UPS and more.
With a principle focus on graphic design, Michael Pan has been able to use Lasso Studio to quickly build data-driven Web sites with no prior programming experience.
